Education for Certified Nursing Assistants

If you are a slow reader, or have poor language skills, this is for you!
To prepare more nurse aids faster, many six-week nurse aid programs have been shortened to two-week condensed programs. Unfortunately, this does not work for many students because it is too little time to read an entire book, learn medical terminology and perform about 220 skills in a specific order. After most two-week condensed programs, many students fail the state board exams.
My program will help you sail on through a state sponsored two-week course and look smart doing it too! You will also increase your chance of passing the written and skills exam on your first try.

Products to Help You:

  • Interesting videos with sound that cover every chapter in the book including colorful pictures and fun cartoons
  • Flash cards to help memorize medical terminology
  • Flash cards to help learn all skills steps

THIS IS THE EXACT LECTURE SERIES PREVIOUSLY UTILIZED IN A COLORADO STATE SPONSORED C.N.A. PROGRAM. Also, the terminology flash cards cover the medical terms in each chapter of the book that the Colorado State Board of Nursing approved for class.
Failing can be expensive and time-consuming. Retaking the state board exams is a cost that usually comes out of your pocket. (written $50 & Skills $85). Also, Colorado skills test centers are crowded, there are not enough state evaluators, and lengthy delays are common. My goal is to make your life much easier and help you succeed the first time!

About Resumes4Nurses

Professional Resume Writing
Specifically for Nurses

We Help You Beat the Odds
We provide two different resumes: one designed to PASS THE BOT and find its way into a hiring manager’s hands, and a second, more colorful and personalized resume, which you can hand directly to a small employer or interviewer to help them remember you. (Simply select one resume without color or pictures and then a second, more colorful resume).
What is a “bot”? Nearly all employers utilize Applicant Tracking Systems called computer robots or simply “bots” and, unfortunately, these systems reject a full 75% of all resumes!!! Since three-quarters of resumes are kicked out by bots, most never even make it to real person. Our resumes are designed to improve those odds.
As a career nurse and nursing instructor, I know this field well. By working together, we will showcase your skills, highlight good work ethics, and list personality traits that are favorable to nursing, and, this holds true even for new graduates without nursing experience.

Your Happiness May Be Linked to a Good Resume
While employers who are chronically short-staffed and screaming for help are more likely to hire just about anybody, bear in mind, that may not be the best job for you. A good resume is more likely to reach selective employers, who often provide a better working environment.

Red Flag: Employers who combine the words “challenging” with “fast-paced” or “works well under pressure,” probably intend to work their new employees half to death. Let’s find you a job where you will be happy!
